Some people can't afford a paid course, wherever they live. Learner sponsorship will let someone pay for a course place for a learner in a lower-income country.
This is different from a sponsored listing, where a tutor or employer pays to promote their own course or job.
Individuals, companies, universities and charities can pay for one place or many.
A learner in a lower-income country who can't afford a paid course tells us in a few lines why they want it. We check the country on their account and that their email is confirmed.
The sponsor's payment covers the full course price, so the tutor is paid as normal.
They take the course and exam, and earn a certificate under the usual rules, including identity verification where it is supported.
We will share simple, anonymous results, such as how many learners finished. We won't share learners' personal details.
Tell us you are interested and we will write to you when it opens. We only use your email to reply to you.
